All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Other major cities in Nigeria: 2-5 business days
Remote locations: 3-7 business day

Delivery Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

In some cases, we may offer free delivery on selected promotions or orders above a specific amount.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number or delivery confirmation message via email, SMS, or Whatsapp so you can monitor your delivery.

Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If an incorrect address is provided or the recipient is unavailable, additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery.
